Board Construction & Support
The board is a 4x4 grid. A mine count is selected from the exact nonempty support configurations defined by the source. Boards are drawn uniformly from the legal board support, not from all possible boards.
A board is legal if no contiguous 2x2 square contains exactly three mines. This constraint defines a finite support set for each mine count. Safe reveals condition this support: each safe reveal filters the remaining compatible boards.
Payout & Score Function
The score is determined by the remaining support size relative to the initial support size.
- Gross Quote Formula: Gross Quote = 0.96 × Captured Stake × (Initial Support Count / Current Compatible Support Count)
- Mine Reveal: Returns zero gross.
- Cap: Any safe reveal that would exceed 1000 times the stake is disabled. The cap guard prevents transitions above this limit before a reveal.
When no eligible cell remains, the current quote is automatically banked.
Controls & Modes
- Board: Four-by-four grid.
- Mine Counts: Only exact nonempty support configurations from the source are available.
- Banking: Manual bank becomes available only after at least one safe reveal. No auto queue.
- State: Captured stake and mine count are locked throughout the round. Sound remains available.
Wallet & Persistence
- Initial Balance: 1000 virtual coins.
- Refill: Manual refill while idle and below 10 sets the integer wallet to exactly 1000. Fractional carry is preserved.
- Persistence: Settled balance persists locally. Fractional carry persists across settlement, refill, and reload.
- Reload: An unfinished round ending on reload ends without refund or resume.
Mathematical Evidence & RTP
The exact gross RTP is 0.96 for all modes. Measured RTP varies by sample but converges to the exact value.
